Workplace: Strasbourg

 

Knowledge: 

-Proven experience with hardware products research and analysis, incident resolution and  problem management in the domain of his specialization
- Accustomed with the use of ticketing systems
- Familiar with ITIL foundations and best practices (ITIL V4)
- Vendor certification will be appreciated
- Accustomed with Configuration Management Database tools and processes
- Accustomed with the use of tools for documentation as required by the daily operations
- Able to use systems administration tools as required by the daily operations

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of recent professional experience in one (can be more) of the following areas:

- ICT Hardware Incident management
- ICT Hardware Product expertise - Server Hardware expertise
- Desktop Operating systems (MS Windows, Linux, Apple) deployment
- Mobile Devices expertise
- Network Management
- Web Platform Development
- Logistic Operations
