We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Portugal. 
 

Technical requirements:

• Proven experience and qualifications in the configuration, support and operations of ServiceNow.
• Certification in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is mandatory.
• At least one of the following certifications on ServiceNow: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist certification in IT Service Management, Service Mapping, Event Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Customer Service Management as well as the Micro Certification - Service Portal.
• Proven experience of working with ITSM and CSM tools.
• Working experience with leading/best practices and implementation methodologies such as ServiceNow Assure and Now Create.
• Experience of collaboration with ServiceNow Expert Services would be of added value.
• Proven experience of integrating, configuring and managing legacy, COTS and Cloud-based migrations for products other than ServiceNow.
• Proven experience of working in an Agile and DevOps environment.

 

Soft skills:

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various Service Groups.
• Proven effective oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
