We are seeking a ServiceNow Team Leader to join our team in Portugal.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical expertise, design and architecture support on Service Now Platform aligned with business requirements and IT strategies
  • Define technical architecture across ITSM and CSM modules
  • Design and development of integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server or Integration Hub
  • Proactively propose enhancements based on new ServiceNow features and platform upgrades
  • Manage upgrades, patching, and lifecycle planning for the ServiceNow platform
  • Review and approve customizations and configurations to ensure long-term sustainability and adherence to best practices
  • Technical lead, mentor, and guide development teams on ServiceNow best practices

Technical requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow
  • Proven experience designing and implementing solutions in modules such as ITSM and CSM
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and/or Integration Hub
  • Experience with design and Design and development of integrations with external systems such as Azure and AWS
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript) and APIs
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and enterprise service management practices
  • Technical team lead experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
 

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – at least one, preferably in IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – nice to have
 

Soft skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various Service Groups.
  • Proven effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
