We are seeking an Application Support Agent Junior to join our team in Brussels.

Description of tasks:

• User guidance and support regarding the use of information systems / ICT tools.
• Follow-up of incidents related to information systems.
• Follow-up of user requests.
• Analyse, report and follow-up of bugs.
• Writing user documentation for Information Systems.
• Contribute to current knowledge creation and maintenance.

Knowledge and skills:

• Experience in end user assistance and support of information systems.
• Good general IT skills.
• Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites, ticketing tools.
• Excellent communication / writing skills.
• Quick self-starting capability.
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings.
• Ability to understand, speak, and write French and English.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work with a high degree of rigour and method.
• Ability to work in an international / multi-cultural environment on a large project.
• As the applications managed and maintained in DIGIT.A.1 contain personal and confidential data, a high degree of discretion and integrity is required from all our staff members.
