We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to join our team in Portugal.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Proven experience in implementing solutions on ITSM module
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and enterprise service management practices
• Proficiency in English (minimum C1)
• Excellent communication skills
Certification:
• Mandatory
o CSA (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator)
• Appreciated
o CAD (ServiceNow Certified Application Developer)
o CIS-ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management)
o CIS-CSM (Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management)
Responsibilities:
Operations
• Day-to-day management of the running ServiceNow platform including 1st and 2nd and line user administration and configuration activities.
• Creating and maintaining corresponding technical documentation.
Maintenance
• Define an upgrade process and perform twice-yearly platform upgrades, following the ServiceNow release cycle.
• Implement Automated Testing for changes and upgrades.
• Development of stories with low complexity.
