We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Brussels.
Context:
As a Business Analyst, you will translate user needs into clear system requirements and contribute to the review of EUDAMED IT processes. You will analyse current workflows, identify improvement areas, and define requirements, scope, objectives, and success metrics. You will also produce structured documentation to support both business and IT teams and establish measurement and follow‑up methods to ensure optimized processes are effectively monitored.
Description of tasks:
• Analyse business processes, identify process issues, delays, bottlenecks and propose process improvements and automation opportunities
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study process and system capabilities, write specifications
• Gather requirements, define scope, use cases, business rules and the business domain while clarifying terminology
• Conduct impact analysis of a requirement or change request
• Write and Maintain documentation regarding processes and analysis of the system
• Liaise between various departments and groups
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and communicate effectively
• Collaborate with and drive cross-functional teams and Information Technology (IT) teams
Knowledge and skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field (business analysis, operational research, mathematical modelling, statistics, data analytics or related fields), or 2 years hands-on experience in similar role
• Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive; great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with data analysis and modelling
• BPMN knowledge
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
• Familiarity with brainstorming and collaborative methods and tools

• Resident or available to relocate to Belgium
